This is the way we walked to the convention center the first day. Very pretty!
Over 600 exhibitors--I couldn't hardly wait to get there!
Simply Renee, Inc. was one of my favorite stops. I love their organizational tools! I didn't get a very good photo of it, but one of their new products is a 6 ft. Clip It Up Floor Model.
The Clip It Up team displayed their products with some gorgeous antique items. It was very attractive.
I really enjoyed meeting Renee Hull. If you would like to keep up with their new products, organizational tips, etc., they have a blog: http://simplyreneeinc.blogspot.com/ Another view of the floor model is behind Renee. It will be available in May. I didn't get a photo of it, but they also have a new attachment to their ribbon organizer that is really cool. Check it out!
This is the Graphic 45 display. They had an amazing display of all their new products and samples of ways to use them. They also have a blog and a great design team that daily posts news and ideas on how to use their beautiful papers: http://g45papers.typepad.com/
Three new Graphic 45 papers were featured: A Proper Gentleman, Le' Romantique, and On the Boardwalk.
A layout using On the Boardwalk paper collection (my personal favorite).
Nikki Sivils, Scrapbooker is from Springfield, MO! How cool is that! It was nice meeting Nikki and Dan Sivils. I really enjoyed seeing their product collections first hand--it is obvious that a lot time is spent developing products that a scrapbooker or cardmaker would fall in love with.
Nikki also has a blog if you would like to keep up with new products, including lots of scrapbook and card layouts, and how-to: http://nikkisdoghouse.blogspot.com/
How I love vintage-style stuff! This was the Melissa Frances booth. Very nice--I visited there several times, actually.
Beautiful!
I took this photo to remember the crepe paper! I loved it and have to have some. It is not like the crepe paper you find in the local party department. This is a heavy grade with perfect texture--just like it used to be!
I just loved these! The ruffles and rosettes were made with the crepe paper.
